Apparel

All of our clothes are crafted in one of China's pioneering organic cotton manufacturers, known for its commitment to sustainability. Unlike others, this company sources its fabric from its own organic cotton farm, a rarity in the industry.

The manufacturing facility is modern, safe, and designed for comfort. Workers receive competitive wages, along with gourmet food and on-site housing.

We chose to partner with this manufacturer not only for their exceptional craftsmanship but also for their dedication to simple, natural, and sustainable production practices.

All of our clothes are made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton for buttery-soft fabric
and meet OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, so there are no toxic chemicals for your little one.

See details on our sizing guide page. You can also find a sizing guide located on each product page.

While we aim to keep our sizing as consistent as possible, our products are sewn by hand, which means there can be slight variations within each product. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us at hello@ourlittletreasures.com.

Made with 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. Pre-washed. Imported.

  • Wash with like colors
  • Machine wash cold to prevent fading
  • Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low
  • Iron low heat
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not bleach

Our luxurious organic cotton will shrink upon first washing (as all 100% cotton garments do), mostly in length. We recommend sizing up if you feel your little one is between sizes.

Our Pocket Pals are designed in Canada and crafted in China with a family-owned, female-led partner that shares our values for ethical practices and artisan craftsmanship. The company specializes in premium, handmade crochet toys for babies.

The owners of our partner wanted to create economic opportunities for the women, elderly, and disabled members of their community. They offer a clean, safe factory environment, as well as a unique work-from-home option, demonstrating their dedication to supporting their workers.

Since all Pocket Pals are knitted by hand, slight variations may occur, making each Pal even more unique.

You can secure Pocket Pal to the chest pocket to keep them in place as your little one explores the world.

To do this, simply hook the snap buttons on the back of the Pocket Pal through the band hidden inside the chest pocket. This attachment is designed to be very snug, ensuring the Pocket Pal stays in place even when your little one is very active.

Pro Tips:

  • Secure the Pocket Pal to the garment before dressing your baby
  • Remove the Pocket Pal from the pocket during tummy time and use it as a toy to help with their exercise
  • Remove the Pocket Pal whenever you think it may be uncomfortable (e.g. in car seats or strollers)

Trade-Up

It means you will receive 40% off for each item you trade up; for example, if you selected 5 items to trade up, you will get 40% off your next purchase, up to 5 items.

In addition, you will also get:

  • An effortless way to keep your little one’s closet clean and organized.
  • No hassle of selling on Facebook for pennies.
  • No contribution to landfills.

Most babies go through 4-5 sizes within their first year of life. Many pieces are outgrown after only 1-2 wears, some even before they are worn at all.

Existing options to manage these outgrown clothes are not ideal, and some are very bad.

  • Hand-me-downs are amazing, but not applicable to every family (e.g. gender or season might be different)
  • Selling on marketplaces requires a lot of time to take photos, answer inquiries, and meet up with strangers; time that new parents often don't have
  • Donation boxes are a black hole; and often the clothes just end up in landfills
  • Landfills are just terrible

We created the Trade-Up program because we know that outgrown baby clothes, especially ones like ours that are crafted with high quality materials, can still be worn. We want to maximize their useful life, reduce the need to produce totally new pieces, and create value for parents so they can save money while being eco-friendly.

In an industry where success = producing more, we want to change that equation, and make success = producing fewer products but more value.

It's easy! Once your little one outgrows their OLT clothes:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select the items that you want to trade up.
  3. You will receive an email with a shipping label and a unique code for 40% off the same number of items you are trading up.
  4. Shop new items and apply the code at checkout. A US$10 (C$15 for Canada) fee will apply to cover shipping cost of your trade-up items.
  5. You have 30 days to send back the outgrown items.

All apparel items are eligible.

Pocket Pals are not eligible for trade-up. They can continue to be used even as your little one grow, as part of the toy collection or as an accessory on backpacks or strollers.

No restrictions.

Because we want to maximize the useful life of our products to minimize environmental impact, AND make this process effortless for parents.

Our team will carefully assess each item you send back and add qualified ones to our preloved shop (coming soon).

For items that do not meet our quality standards for the preloved shop, we will be donating them or working with our textile recycling partners.

You will receive the 40% off discount code in your email as soon as you complete the trade-up request (takes 1 min).

You will then have 30 days to send us the outgrown clothes.

Yes, you get the discounts before you send us the clothes!

We are operating on a trust-basis with our community because we want to make this process as effortless as possible for parents.

However, if we do not receive the outgrown clothes within 30 days, we reserve the right to limit further participation in the Trade-Up program.

  • You have 30 days to send us the trade-up package once you initiate the process from your account.
  • If we do not receive the clothes within 30 days, we reserve the right to limit further participation in the Trade-Up program.
  • If you have any issues with sending us the trade-up package, please email us at hello@ourlittletreasures.com so we can help you.

We will carefully examine each piece you send back.

Qualified items will be added to our pre-loved shop (coming soon), extending the life of each garment and continuing the cycle of love and care while diverting waste from landfills.

Items that do not meet our quality standards for the pre-loved shop will be donated or recycled through our textile recycling partner.

By making this process effortless, our trade-up program will encourage more parents to participate in the circularity of our products and minimize the environmental impact of dressing our little ones.

What a thoughtful gift! Please send us an email at hello@ourlittletreasures.com and we will take care of you.
